CLEMENT JOLY, originally of Montreal, Canada, began dancing at age twelve and is now an accomplished Latin dance champion and performer. As a young competitor he was distinguished in the Canadian Amateur Latin championships and as North American Professional Latin finalist. His career aspirations then led him to London, England where he acquired his precise technical expertise under the training and mentoring of many internationally renowned instructors. During this London residency and subsequent return to Montreal, he represented Canada in major international competitions in Great Britain, France, Croatia, Mexico, Canada and the United States.
Tatiana Kazakova

TATIANA KAZAKOVA began dancing at age 7 and during her early experience she won honors as two-time Ukrainian National Junior & Young Latin Champion, Ukrainian National Amateur Latin and 10-Dance Finalist, four-time Ukrainian National Champion, and four-time World Vice Champion in both Standard and Latin team formations. She then moved to Moscow to become a professional member of the Russian Dance Union, where she was Finalist in the Grand Prix Series as a representative of Russia in International Dance Championships throughout the world, and by 2004 she and her partner were rated in the top 9 best couples of Russia in Professional Latin National Championships.

Read More.In 2007 Clément became co-founder of Metropolitan Ballroom (Charlotte, NC) and directed until 2018. In 2019 he and his wife Tatiana co-founded CT Dance Studio where he continues to train and mentor amateur students and professional instructors in advanced and expert levels of the Latin and Ballroom curricula. Clément is recognized as a top trainer, coach, and pro-am competitor in US events. From (2012 to 2018) his Latin students have won the World Pro-Am Championship Title, and have placed several times as top three finalists in the World Pro-Am Championships and in the “Best of the Best Challenge” at the Ohio Star Ball. From the time as MB principal Director till to date with CT Dance Studio, Clément has accumulated an impressive track record of organizing and choreographing the dance components of several significant fund raising and performing arts presentations in the region. Among the most notable performing arts events are the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s special presentation “Ballroom!” comprising six Latin and Standard dances with the full orchestra in 2013 and “A Waltz to Remember” presentation with the full orchestra in February 2015, as well as another special orchestral presentation hosted in the Southwestern US later that same year.
